The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Petition. The Petitioner is already working as a teacher and the issue involved in the above Petition is as regards the Petitioner's entitlement for back wages. Hence for the present the request of the Petitioner for expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition cannot be acceded to. The Petitioner may renew his request after one year. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
