This is an application seeking restoration. The application was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court (Coram: Smt. Sadhana S.Jadhav, J.) by order dated 23.11.2015.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph 5 of the application, the application deserves to be allowed. The matter is restored to its original status on depositing fine amount of Rs.1,000/- in this Court which should be paid within 2 weeks from today. Upon failure to deposit the same within the stipulated period, the application shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
