These are applications for intervention in CR NO.239/2016. The record indicates that the first information report is lodged by Shri. Sushilkumar Shelar Auditor, Class I of Maharashtra Co-op. Societies Act. It is stated in the FIR that on a complaint filed by the complainant Smt. Geeta Shivdasani the said Authority conducted an inquiry in the matter and subsequently the present crime is registered. It is thus apparent that the applicant is witness in the present crime. Ashok Nalawade appp-1115-17-6 record indicates that the statement of the applicant has already been recorded by the Investigating Officer. In view thereof, the applicant has no locus standi to intervene in the present proceeding and the present application is misconceived . If the applicant is desirous of helping the Investigating agency she is at liberty to record her further statement with the Investigating agency.
