The learned AGP for the State has made record available to us which we have perused. The Petitioners have sought a direction that the Administrator appointed on the Respondent- Co-operative Society be removed and be directed to handover the auditor accounts. Further direction is sought to hold a special general body meeting. This petition is filed in the year 2015 and has remained pending. The Administrator, whose name in the prayer clause also must have been changed by now. The prayers sought are in respect

In light thereof, we dispose of the writ petition. In case the cause survives, it is open to the Petitioners to seek restoration by filing an affidavit as to how the prayers sought are relevant as of today.
