We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he had received the e-mail/notice to submit the documents for verification on 28th October, 2022 at 8.00 p.m. and the documents, as per the said e-mail/notice, were to be submitted on 29th October, 2022 by 9.00 a.m. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a resident of Osmanabad. It was physically impossible to remain present at Kolhapur by 9.00 a.m. 3.

On the last date, we had asked the learned counsel for the respondents to take instructions as to the stage of recruitment process.

The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the recruitment process is in progress and further she is instructed to make a statement that the petitioner may be allowed for documents verification within seven days as a last chance.

The petitioner shall submit the necessary documents for verification on 16th January, 2023 with the respondentsauthority. In case the petitioner submits all the documents on 16th January, 2023 before 11.00 a.m., then the documents of the petitioner will be verified and further steps be taken accordingly.

The writ petition disposed of. No costs.
