Civil Application No.676 of 2018 is filed for 1/2

CAC676_18.doc condonation of delay of 34 days caused in filing the C.R.A.(St.)No.32388 of 2018. Ms Khosla submitted that against the order impugned in the proceedings filed by the landlord, opponents have already filed C.R.A.No.588 of 2018 in this Court, which is admitted. She, therefore, submitted that the delay may be condoned.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Delay of 34 days caused in filing the C.R.A.(St.) No.32388 of 2018 is condoned. Civil Application No.676 of 2018 is disposed of.

At the joint request of the learned Counsel for the parties, C.R.A.(St.) No.32388 of 2018 is taken up for admission.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties in C.R.A.(St.) No.32388 of 2018. Rule. Ms Pandhi waives service for the contesting respondents.

List the Civil Application No.2 of 2019 under the caption for 'direction' for fixing interim compensation on 12.02.2019. To be heard along with C.R.A.No.588 of 2018 and 589 of 2018.
