In this public interest litigation, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 1 January 2014 (Exhibit-E) that seeks to modify the regulation for development of Special Township projects in the areas under the Pune Regional Plan. The petitioner has however not moved the Government for making the suggestions/submissions which the petitioner has Aswale 1/2

18.pil.11.15 made in the present public interest litigation. We, therefore, in the fitness of things, think it proper that the petitioner first make a representation to the Government by raising the issues which have been raised in the present Public Interest Litigation. If the petitioner makes such a representation within two weeks from today, the State Government shall make an endeavour to take a decision on the representation as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from the date of receipt of the representation.
