In view of rejection of earlier bail application of the applicant, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for about 3 years, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial, as early as possible. In case the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail. 2.
