2) In any case, the prayer in the present petition is for expediting the trial in NDPS Case No. 152 of 2014. Since the learned Special Judge is in the process of recording evidence, suffice it to direct the learned Special Judge to ism

The learned Special Judge shall not grant unwarranted adjournments in favour of prosecution and shall further ensure that the accused are produced before the Trial on every scheduled date, failing which, the learned Special Judge to take appropriate action.
