P.C:- Considering the averments made and as sufficient case is made out, apart from in the interest of justice, I am inclined to grant the Civil Application No. 2431 of 2014 in terms of prayer clauses (a) (b) and (c). The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

In view of above, the Civil Application No. 82 of 2015 is also disposed of. The interim order already granted also stands restored. No costs.
