We see no reason to interfere. The impugned notices (of 30th October 2023 in one case) are simply show-cause notices. Each gives the Petitioner in question 15 days to show cause and produce documents. There is no ground made out to interfere with the showcause notices. No order has been passed. 3.

The entire attempt is clearly to prevent orders being passed on merits by the authority concerned. The Writ Petitions are rejected.

All contentions are kept open.
