Heard learned counsel for the parties on civil application no. 309 of 2017 seeking restoration of writ petition (stamp) no. 12090 of 2010.

2] The writ petition was dismissed by the Registrar of this Court on account of non removal of office objections within time. 3] For the reasons stated in the application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause in not filing the civil application within time 1/2

4] In the circumstances, whilst condoning the delay in filing the civil application, we allow the civil application and direct restoration of writ petition (stamp) no. 12090 of 2010 to its original number. 5] Office objections be now removed within two weeks from today. 6] Civil application is disposed of accordingly.
