The above Civil Application has been filed seeking dismissal of the above Civil Revision Application on the ground that deposit as directed by the order dated 13.07.2015 has not been made by the Civil Revision applicants i.e. Shri. J. B. Yadav and another. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the original Applicants tenders the receipt dated 20.10.2015 which is issued by the Nazir of this Court recording therein that an amount of Rs.46250/- has been deposited pursuant to the said order dated 20.10.2015. In so far as the deposit for four months ending BGP.

(10)-CAC-63-16.doc February 2016 is concerned, the Learned Counsel for the original Applicants states that the said deposit would be made latest by 09.02.2016. In view thereof, there is no warrant to grant any relief as prayed for. The above Civil Application is accordingly rejected. The receipt is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. [R.M.
