The aforesaid matters have been listed for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 10th January, 2020. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the appearance column of the aforesaid order dated 10th January, 2020, the

2/2 prod.506 - wp.12960&12959.2019.doc name of learned counsel is incorrectly mentioned as Mr. Jamshed Ansari instead of Mr. Jamsheed Master. He further submits that in the 8th line of para 4, the date of the consent terms has been inadvertently mentioned as 21.3.2012 instead of 21.4.2012. He further submits that in the 2nd line of para 6, the Suit number is inadvertently stated as 2272 of 2017 instead of 2222 of 2017.

Accordingly, the name of the learned counsel appearing in the appearance column, be corrected as Mr. Jamsheed Master in place of Mr. Jamshed Ansari. Similarly, the date of the consent terms mentioned in the 8th line of para 4, of the aforesaid order, be corrected as 21.4.2012 and the Suit number mentioned in the 2nd line of para 6, be corrected as 2222 of 2017.

The order dated 10th January, 2020 shall stand corrected as above. Rest of the order to remain as it is. Ordered accordingly. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
