1] This petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the report dated 17th September, 2014.

2] Learned APP, on instructions, states that said report was looked into and N.C. Complaint was registered. She, accordingly, placed on record the report dated 13th July, 2016 submitted by Senior Inspector of Are Police Station alongwith copy of N.C.. 3] In above circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the petition, especially when the Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy available to approach Magistrate. 4] Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
