The above Writ Petition was finally disposed off by an order dated 4 th March, 2015. After the Writ Petition was disposed off, the original Respondent has passed away. In view thereof, the question of allowing the Petitioner to amend the disposed off Writ Petition to bring the heirs and legal representative of the deceased Respondent on record does not arise. In view thereof, the above Civil Application is dismissed.
