After having heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, we find that there is no ground to recall the order dated 7th November, 2014 which rejects the prayer for interim relief for reasons recorded.

However, in the light of paragraph 7 of the order dated 7th November, 2014, the applicant can always take out a fresh application for interim relief in the event the notification under Section 26A of the Wildlife (Protection) Act has not been issued within the time specified in clause 7.
