The Petitioner seeks implementation of the order dated 19/12/2019 passed by Tahasildar thereby directing Respondent No.5 to remove the unauthorized structure standing at Survey No.259 Mouze Devghar Taluka Khed, District Ratnagiri. According to the Petitioner, this order dated 19/12/2019 was challenged before the Sub-Divisional Officer who dismissed the appeal on 14/5/2021. A further appeal preferred by Respondent No.5 came to be dismissed by the Additional Collector on 01/12/2021 and thereafter on 02/06/2022. It is submitted that there is no reason for not implementing the order dated 19/12/2019 passed by the Tahasildar.

2] In view of the aforesaid, Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to take appropriate steps to implement the order dated 19/12/2019 passed by 1/2
