This petition is for quashing the FIR No.23 of 2014 filed at the instance of respondent no.2 with Vadgaon Maval Police Station for the offence punishable under Sectin 406, 498(A), 376, 354(c), 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 IPC.

Perused the FIR. The FIR prima facie shows that the petitioner pps

9 wp 5068-14.doc had physical relationship with the respondent no.2 and he has taken video clips, and with the help of the video clips he started blackmailing the respondent no.2.

That apart, learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation, chargesheet is already filed in the sessions court. The petitioner, therefore, has alternate remedy to apply for discharge before the concerned court. 5.

In the above circumstances we are not inclined to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950. Petition is dismissed.
