1. On 04.01.2023 this Court has passed the following order: "1. Heard Mr. Bhargude, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1(e), 2(c) and 3(e).

2. Perused the impugned order dated 22.07.2015 whereby the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Pune has remanded the case to the Agricultural Land Tribunal, Satara for a fresh consideration after allowing both the parties to give their respective evidence.

3. Record indicates that the present Writ Petition has been filed in December, 2015 and there is no stay to the impugned order passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal granted by this Court. In this background Mr. Bhargude would submit that the learned Tahasildar and Agricultural Land Tribunal is refusing to proceed with the case as directed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal on the ground that the Petitioner has filed the present Petition in this Court. Mr. Bhargude has placed on record a letter dated 31.07.2017 issued by the Tahasildar, Satara to the above effect.

4. Today none appears for the Petitioner though represented by Advocate on record.
