P. C. :- 1) At the outset, learned APP on instructions from Mr. M.T. Jadhav, PSI submitted that, after completion of the investigation of the present crime, police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of learned JMFC, Shahapur, Thane and the same has been numbered as R.C.C.No.89/2018. That, the trial Court has now scheduled the said case for recording evidence of witnesses.

2) In view thereof, Mr. Suryawanshi, learned advocate for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. 3) Leave with liberty is granted. Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
