The learned Counsel for the applicant has tendered a photo copy of the consent terms dated 18.1.2016. It is admitted in the said consent terms that the parties herein have settled the dispute amicably out of Court and the complainant is not prosecuting the complaint any more. The photo copy of the consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The original consent terms are returned to the learned Counsel for the applicant.

aba.1897-2015 The learned Counsel for the original complainant admits the contents of the said consent terms and submitted that the signature appearing on the page no.4 of the consent terms are of the original complainant. The undertakings given in the said consent terms are accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 7.1.2016 is hereby confirmed. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.

Since the Anticipatory Bail Application No.1897 of 2015 is allowed, the Criminal Application No.1065 of 2015 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
