Heard Mr. Pal, learned Advocate for Respondent. 2.

None appears for the Petitioner. The matter was called out in the morning session and then kept back in the afternoon session. It is seen that on 09.11.2023 also none had appeared for the Petitioner. 3.

As recorded in paragraph No.2 of order dated 09.11.2023, I have perused the order dated 21.08.2023 disposing of Writ Petition No.5488 of 2023 with respect to the same cause of action. 4.

In that order appropriate directions were given to the learned Labour Court to dispose of pending Reference (IDA) No.90 of 2015 within a period of six months.

The relief prayed for in present Writ Petition is incomprehensible. The impugned order which is challenged in the

29.WP.14149.2023.doc present Writ Petition is the same subject matter of Writ Petition No.5448 of 2023 i.e. order dated 27.01.2023 passed below 'Exhibit C11'. The same has been adequately dealt with. The present Petition is incongruous and the relief prayed for has already been allowed earlier with directions.
