Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this Petition is to an order passed on an application for interim relief preferred by the Petitioner whereby the Petitioner was seeking directions to the first party Bank and the contractor to pay 30% of the amount of total wage revision admissible to the concerned workers as of 31 March 2016. 3.

By an order dated 30 May 2019, the application for interim relief came to be rejected. The Court is informed that the Reference No.CGIT-2/31 of 2016 awaits adjudication. In the intervening period, there was no regular Presiding Officer. However, recently Presiding Officer has been appointed to preside over CGIT-2, Mumbai.

Having regard to the time which has elapsed, it may be expedient that SSP 1/2

Hence, the Petition stands disposed with a request to the learned Presiding Officer, CGIT-2, Mumbai to dispose Reference No.CGIT-2/31 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 months from the communication of this order.
