Heard the learned AGP appearing for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents. The appeal is already admitted for final hearing.

Hence, we dispose of the application by passing following order:

(I) Ad-interim relief granted on 17th April 2015 shall continue to operate as interim relief till the disposal of the appeal;

(II) As and when compensation amount is deposited, it will be open for the respondents

caf1489 to withdraw the said amount on furnishing adequate security for the said amount to the satisfaction of the Reference Court. The Reference Court shall not accept the security without giving an opportunity of being heard to the applicant;

(III) On failure of the respondents to withdraw the amount on furnishing security as aforesaid within a period of four months from the date of deposit of the amount, the same shall be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank till the disposal of this Appeal.
