The applicants have already deposited the entire amount of Rs.6,64,800/- along with interest accrued thereon and had produced a certificate dated 2nd November, 2017 against the payment made before this Court on 20th December, 2017. In view of the applicant already having deposited the entire amount, the adinterim stay granted by this Court on 20th December, 2017 is confirmed.

The civil application is made absolute on aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
