Not on board. In view of urgency, taken on production board. 2] Alleging inaction on the part of the Collector, Mumbai, the petitioners have filed this petition. According to the petitioners the order dated 19th August 2016 passed by the Member, Industrial Court, Mumbai in Complaint (ULP) No. 196 of 2016 has not been complied with by the Collector as yet.

3] We find that before approaching this Court, the petitioners have not approached the Collector in regard to their grievances that they have not been paid the amount as directed by the Industrial Court. 1/2

skc 2 P-505-WP-4594-17.sxw 4] In the circumstances, without entertaining this petition on merits, we grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the Collector, Mumbai for redressal of their grievances in terms of the order passed by the Industrial Court. We hope and trust that in case the petitioners approach the Collector, Mumbai, for redressal of their grievances, the Collector shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible if there is no legal impediment. 5] With the aforesaid directions, we dispose of the petition.
