The Petitioner claims that she is owner of the subject suit property, which has been fragmented by the Revenue Authority. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier her name was appearing in certain revenue record of the subject land but later on it disappeared from the revenue record. The counsel further submits that the Revenue Authority has informed the petitioner that old records from the year 1950 onwards relating to the subject property was not available. The Petitioner had also made representation to the concerned Authority, requesting for making the record Borey 1/2

spb/ 10wp2062-17.odt available to her so that she could take necessary steps for getting her name recorded in respect of property/land, which, according to the petitioner, was owned and possessed by her. We have perused the record and considered the submissions advanced before us. In the facts of the case, we observe, that the Petitioner is at liberty to resort to an alternate remedy in respect of the issues raised by the petitioner.
