The applicant herein has sought transfer of Petition No.A-1278 of 2017 pending before Family Court, Nagpur to Family Court, Pune. 2.

I am conscious of the fact that being the principle seat, this Court has jurisdiction to entertain this Application. Nevertheless, the judicial propriety demands and it would be appropriate that the said application is filed before Nagpur Court.
