The learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 is present and he insisted that the application may be rejected for want of prosecution as the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the instant application. He submits that in past also, the application Aarti Palkar 1/2

Considering the submissions so advanced and as on last two occasions, nobody represented the applicant and as even today also, nobody is present for the applicant when the application is called out for hearing, the application is rejected for want of prosecution.
