Report dated 14.02.2018 is submitted by the Forensic Science Laboratory, Mumbai pertaining to the DNA test conducted on the male child of the first informant Nikita Pal. The opinion expressed by the F.S.L. mentions that, Nikita Manoj Pal is concluded to be the biological mother of male child of Nikita Manoj Pal. That, Mohd. Salman Ahmad Aarti Palkar 1/2

13.ABA.2112.17.doc Kapadia is excluded to be the biological father of male child of Nikita Manoj Pal.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 11.12.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned police station is waived.
