Mr. Nagvekar, learned counsel for the applicant/original respondent No.1, at the outset, seeks leave to amend the cause-title of the application. Leave as prayed for, is granted. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

Perused the order dated 29th September, 2014, passed in the above writ petition No. 2463 of 2013. By the said order, the ad-interim Shubhada S Kadam 1/3

relief was granted in terms of prayer clause (c) qua the petitioner. Therefore, it is clear that stay to the proceedings arising out of FIR bearing CR.No.I- 69/2013 is granted only in respect of accusedrespondent No.1 herein - Sweety @ Guddi Vikas Agarwal. So far as other accused are concerned, learned Magistrate is always at liberty to proceed further.

In the light of the above order, the criminal application is disposed of.
