Heard Mr. Harshad Shingarpurkar, learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 15 days in filing Civil Revision Application. By order dated 4.4.2016, Rule was issued and in addition to court service, the applicant was permitted to serve the respondent by private notice. Accordingly, the applicant has filed affidavit of service along with acknowledgment indicating service on respondent. Office remark shows that the respondent has sent reply dated 24.4.2016 to the letter dated 15.4.2016

2 / 2 CAC/ 202 /2016 sent by the applicant's Advocate. Despite service, nobody appears on behalf of the respondent. Having regard to delay of 15 days in filing C.R.A., I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed. Rule is made in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to costs.

Office is directed to register C.R.A, if it is otherwise ready. Request for appointing Advocate made by respondent in the reply dated 23.4.2016 shall be considered at the time of admission of C.R.A.
