On 27th November, 2019, the learned Sessions Judge directed applicant to furnish one or more sureties in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and deposit Rs.10,000/- as cash security. Applicant has furnished surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/-. Now he seeks to relax the condition for furnishing balance surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/-. Heard.

33-APPLN-4202019.odt For the reasons stated in the application, order dated 27th November, 2019 stands modifed to the extent that surety amount is reduced to Rs.15,000/- from Rs.30,000/-. Other conditions imposed while releasing the applicant on bail shall continue to operate.
