1] By a reasoned Order dated 12th December 2017, the applicant was granted interim relief.

2] Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation.

The record indicates that, the members of Share Committee Eicher Company have already been made as accused in the present crime for transferring the shares of the said Company which were allegedly belonging to Briskon Shares and Brokers Pvt. Ltd. (Ind Finance Company Ltd.) in favour of the applicant. The investigation of the present crime is solely based on documents which are already taken into custody by the 1/2

The record indicates that, in pursuance of directions issued by this Court, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates and joined the process of investigation. 3] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 12th December 2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
