The Applicant was convicted and sentenced by Extra Joint District Judge & Additional Sessions Judge, Ratnagiri in Special Case No.02 of 2022 vide order dated 23.09.2022. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that some time was required to collect the copies from the trial Court and therefore, there is delay of 8 days in filing the Appeal.
