After having heard both sides and perusing the contempt petition, the affidavits-in-reply placed on record, particularly the affidavit-in-reply of respondent No.2 and the statements therein at para 4, pages 78 & 79, we do not see any reason for keeping this petition pending. We do not think that any case of civil contempt is made out. The contempt petition is dismissed.
