The learned counsel for the Respondent original claimant submits that they already withdrew the entire awarded amount in the Execution Application. He submits that 50% amount is withdrawn by the claimant on Mohite 1/2

In view of subsequent development, following order is passed:

a Indemnity bond as well as bank guarantee prevailed by the Respondent claimant to continue till the hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal.

b Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
