This Arbitration Petition has been filed under Section 15(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of a substitute Arbitrator.

The learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that Shri Justice M.G. Gaikwad, former Judge of this Court, be appointed as substitute Arbitrator.

In the circumstances, the following order is passed : i) Shri Justice M.G. Gaikwad, former Judge of this Court, Flat No.104, Bldg. No.56-A, A-Wing, Chintamani Housing Waghmare

33 ARPL.34520.14.doc Society, (Judges) Society, Pratiksha Nagar, Sion (E), Mumbai 400 022, is appointed as the substitute Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. ii) Registry shall communicate a copy of this order to Shri Justice M.G. Gaikwad (Retd.), along with a memorandum of address of the parties.
