This Court by an order dated 23rd January 2018 in Civil Application No.341 of 2018 (Condonation of delay) had granted adinterim stay to the operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award, subject to the applicant, depositing entire amount of the compensation along with interest. The learned counsel for the applicant/insurance company submits that the entire amount has been deposited before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Raigad on 27th January 2018. 4.

In such circumstances, the present Civil Application is allowed. The ad-interim stay granted is hereby confirmed which shall continue to operate during the pendency of the appeal. 5.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
