Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, does not dispute that he has taken inspection and authenticated copies of the documents available except the gram panchayat's meeting attendance register of the year 2013. Mr. Patel, learned AGP, on instructions, submits that no such register is available. The statement is recorded. 2.
