The learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that Shri Justice S.R. Sathe, former Judge of this Court, be appointed as Sole Arbitrator. In the circumstances, the following order is passed : i) Shri Justice S.R. Sathe, former Judge of this Court, A-802, Ruturang Apartments, Kothrud, Pune - 411 038, is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

ii) Registry shall communicate a copy of this order to Shri Justice S.R. Sathe (Retd.) along with a memorandum of address of the parties.
