P.C.:- 1) Mr. Mohit Bhardwaj, learned Advocate for the Petitioners tendered across the bar, Affidavit of Petitioners dated 21st December, 2023, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. In paragraph No.7 of the said Affidavit, the delay in depositing the cost of Rs.50,000/- with the Kokan Kala Va Shikshan Vikas Sanstha is explained. It is stated that, Petitioners are depositing the said cost of Rs.50,000/- with the Kokan Kala Va Shikshan Vikas Sanstha on 14th December, 2023 and a photocopy of bank payment slip is produced on record in support of the said contention. 2) In view of above, the notice issued vide Order dated 2nd November, 2023 to the Petitioners is recalled. 3) Remove from Board.
