The learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 4 submits that the Petitioners have an alternate remedy of preferring appeal against the impugned order.

Since the Petitioners have an alternate remedy, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The Petitioners shall file an appeal within two weeks and within two weeks thereafter appellate

2/2 WP 14107 of 2016 authority shall consider the application for stay of the impugned order on merits and in accordance with law. Hearing of the appeal is also expedited.
