903-CAW2836-17.DOC 3.
In the present application there is a representation made on various grounds for an extension of time. Some of these reasons are acceptable, while others are not. I do not propose to enter into the genuineness of these reasons, but I will as a matter of a final indulgence and nothing further more than one last and final extension till 31st January 2018. The default clause in the order dated 12th October 2017 will operate at the end of the day on 31st January 2018 if deposit is not made.
4.
The civil application is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.
