2] Learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent resist the same as no sufficient reason is given for condonation of delay. 3] Learned counsel for applicant, however, submits that having regard to the enhanced rate of compensation in the connected Appeal, this appeal can be entertained and hence in the interest of substantive cause of justice, application for condonation of delay is allowed subject to depositing costs of Rs.5,000/-, in this Court, within a period of four weeks from today.
