Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of the present petition by directing the appellate authority/respondent No.3 to dispose of the petitioners' appeal No.113 of 2014 filed under Section 60 of the Bombay Police Act, 1951, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit O", page 130, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
