The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that a chargesheet was filed by the Police on 20th January 2017. Though notice for filing a chargesheet was served to the Petitioner, she could not remain present on that date. On 24th January 2017, she has accepted the chargesheet.

The remedy of filing an Application for discharge is available to the Petitioner. We, therefore,

sng wp-4385.16 decline to entertain this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India especially when the Petitioner is not relying upon any document which is not part of the chargesheet.

The Petition is disposed of.

All remedies of the Petitioner are kept open. 5.

All contentions on merits are kept open.
