O R D E R

(a) The delay, if any, caused in filing the Civil Application is condoned;

(b) The applicants are permitted to bring on record, as the legal representatives of deceased Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 8743 of 2015, on or before 15th June, 2018, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court;

(c) If the amendment is carried out within the stipulated period as ordered above, the applicants shall serve the amended copy of the Writ Petition on the respondents immediately;

(d) The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
