By a detailed order dated 18.12.2015, the applicant was protected by an interim relief. The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicant attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates mentioned in the said order. However, his specimen signatures or handwriting could not be taken as the applicant is suffering from Parkinson's disease. She further, on instructions, submitted that taking into consideration the age of the applicant and the various ailments being suffered by him, as has been narrated in the order dated 18.12.2015, the applicant may be directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for till the filing of the charge-sheet. In view of the above, the interim relief granted to the applicant by an order dated 18.12.2015 is hereby confirmed with further directions that the applicant shall attend the Investigating

2 /2 11-ABA-1901-2015 Officer as and when called for between 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the purpose of investigation till filing of the charge-sheet. It is made clear that before calling the applicant to the police station, the I.O. shall issue a notice under section 160 of Cr.P.C. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
